Mariglow FAQ

All signs come with a dimmer remote, power adapter, plug of your choice (all rental signs are US plugs), 6.5 ft extended transparent cable and installation accessories.

All of our signs come with small pre-drilled holes in the top of the acrylic backing to make hanging the sign easy. Depending on what you are hanging the sign on we recommend the following:

Fishing line if hanging from an arbor or stand. Just make sure you tie in multiple knots. This option works great for photos.
Small nails if hanging on a wall & is somewhere that allows nails.
Command strips if it is a flat & smooth surface.
Zip ties if the sign is being attached to a grid backdrop.

RGB is the color changing sign option that comes with a remote with a color touch wheel, allowing you to choose any color. It also allows you to dim the signs brightness so an additional dimmer is not needed. For RGB, it is hard to select a pure white, since it’s a color wheel remote. For this option, contact us and we will send you a product link including the RGB option.

LED neon is a safe, energy efficient & durable alternative to traditional glass neon. Made PVC & acrylic, cased in flex rubber tubing & powered by LED lights.

RENTAL
All of our rental LED neon signs are free shipping for the continental United States, including both the ship-to and ship back label. If you are wanting a rental sign and you live outside the continental United States, reach out and we can get you a shipping quote.

CUSTOM
Our custom LED neon signs have free shipping for the continental United States.

All rentals are 5 business days from arrival. We recommend that you have your sign arrive 3 days before the event. Then you will have 2 business days after the event to send back the sign.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay & Google Pay.

Yes! All of our indoor signs come with a 12-month manufacturer warranty covering faulty electrical components. However, the use of your LED neon sign outdoors will void this warranty. This does not include broken acrylic backing.

Our signs are for indoor use over an extended period of time. But, if you choose, you can use your custom sign outdoors for weddings & other events as long as they do not get wet.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a text notification from DHL with a tracking number.

RENTAL
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email from us with a FedEx tracking number.

The current turnaround time for a standard order is 2-3 weeks.

CUSTOM
Mariglow Neon only accepts exchanges for faulty products. Although unlikely, if your sign arrives faulty please email customer service at hello@mariglowneon.com within 24 hours of the sign delivery with photos of the damage and proof of purchase. We will work with you to get a new sign to you before the event, and if not you will be refunded.
