Refund Policy

Thank you for your purchase. Our signs are non-returnable. However, if your purchase is damaged or faulty, contact customer service at hello@mariglowneon.com within 24 hours of delivery to start the replacement process. Please see below for more information on our refund policy.

REFUND PROCESS

Contact customer service at hello@mariglowneon.com within 24 hours of the sign delivery date. All refunded items must be in be in new and unused condition, with all original packaging, tags and labels attached.

CUSTOM
Mariglow Neon only accepts exchanges for faulty products. Although unlikely, if your sign arrives faulty please email customer service at hello@mariglowneon.com within 24 hours of the sign delivery with photos of the damage and proof of purchase. We will work with you to get a new sign to you before the event, and if not you will be refunded.

RENTAL
If the sign arrives damaged, please email customer service at hello@mariglowneon.com within 24 hours of the sign delivery with photos of the damage and proof of purchase. We will work with you to get a sign to you before the event, and if not you will be refunded.
