Rental period last 5 business days from arrival. Your sign will arrive 3 business days before the event & then you will have 2 business business days to send it back.

Buy checking you agree to the following:

Signs require a signature to be delivered. The customer will be emailed tracking info.

Our standard rental period is 5 business days.

The customer is to attach the pre-paid return label to the outside of the box & drop off at a FedEx location not more than 2 business days after the event.

For every day the sign is not sent back after the rental period, the customer will be invoiced a $25 penalty fee per day the sign is not sent back.

The sign will arrive in a custom box & packing material that the sign will be used to ship back to Mariglow Neon.

If the sign is damaged DURING the event, the customer is responsible for the sign replacement cost.
